As of today, the new Flex App is live and ready. As the largest car sharing provider in Luxembourg, we have developed rapidly in the past months. In order to continue to grow as a sustainable mobility solution, the new app, together with the operating platform as a foundation, helps us to fulfil this goal. It offers all users an optimised, powerful and intuitive control on their smartphone.

Please note:

You have already received an email with an activation link and instructions on how to change your password. You can use this to check and change your data. For security reasons, we cannot transfer the old password. We therefore ask you to simply choose a new one.

The smartphone is now your key for all Flex cars. Using the map view as the central control menu, all Flex vehicles in the vicinity appear so that trips can be reserved simply and easily with the desired car model. It can then be opened and closed directly with the app. In addition, all important information about the car (e.g. fuel or charge level, current damage) is displayed. Thus, the relevant processes are clearly in hand and all users benefit from an advanced app technology.
